This guide/notebook is the result of OMF staff's many years spent training and debriefing short-term workers around the world.

It is a compilation of what we have discovered to be the most helpful tools in a short-term missions journey. It is designed to be used throughout one’s entire short-term missions experience; to aid learning and processing, to glean lessons learned and to build a foundation for life-long involvement in the Great Commission.

As the number of short-term workers from Latin America with OMF continues to grow, we want to make this resource available to young people in their heart language of either Spanish or Portuguese.
